What The Parents Say

Our Playrooms

Our playrooms are organised into 5 main rooms, taking into account the age and stage of the children. This includes our 0-1 years room, our 1-2 years room, our 2-3 years room, our 3-5 years room and our Out of School Clubs Room. This allows us to meet the individual needs of your child and maintain the adult to child ratio set by the Care Standards. All age groups have an appointed Room Senior Practitioner and a team of practitioners. Your child will have their own key worker allocated who will oversee their care and development.

Your Children

We endeavour to ensure that your child is at the forefront of everything that we do! We aim to provide your child with a varied range of experiences to build on their knowledge and understanding of the world around them. Your child will have the opportunity to express their views and opinions and be involved in making decisions about their learning. An appointed key worker will work closely with your child as well as with you the parent to ensure the best possible outcomes are achieved, and their learning and progress is tracked on our online Learning Journals, giving you the freedom to keep up to date with this on a regular basis.

Safety

We take the safety of the children in our care very seriously, starting with our secure door entry system that we have at all 3 of our designated entrances. When collecting your child, access is gained by providing a password via our intercom system before being permitted entry. All of our playrooms and outdoor areas are monitored by CCTV for added peace of mind.

Happiness

Ensuring that your child is happy and secure at nursery is paramount. To help us achieve this we provide the right level of transition between home and nursery, from room to room and from nursery to school. We strive to meet your child’s individual needs in a positive and nurturing manner, respecting their wants and desires. Staff are enthusiastic and motivated and provide a happy and relaxed atmosphere for your child to flourish in.
